As a Brand Designer at Crushing Pixels, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping compelling brand identities and assets for our clients. This fully remote position offers the freedom to innovate and create from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies based on client questionnaires.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to define brand direction, target audience, and goals.
- Design a range of brand elements including logos, color palettes, fonts, and illustrations.
- Create Brand Presentations and Guidelines.
- Produce additional graphic design elements for our ongoing client projects.
- Adhere to project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (with personal licensed software).
- Must have a similar design style as ours.
- Ability to adapt to client’s defined aesthetics as needed.
- Speak and write fluently in English.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand design.
- Ability to work remotely and be available during standard PST business hours 9-5am while working on our projects.
- Strong creative thinking, teamwork, and adaptability skills.

Crushing Pixels is seeking a talented Web Developer for a remote position. You’ll play a key role in transforming designs into functional and visually appealing WordPress websites, ensuring they are accessible, SEO-friendly, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director for initial direction and feedback.
- Strategize website flow to optimize for goals and funnels.
- Convert designs from Figma or Adobe XD to WordPress using the GeneratePress (blocks) framework.
- Implement basic SEO principles in web development.
- Develop websites with a focus on accessibility, adhering to industry best practices.
- Aim for a Google Pagespeed score of 90+ in website development.
- Create subpage layouts without design mock-ups, maintaining high aesthetic and UX standards.
- Regularly update and maintain client websites, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
Skills:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, PHP, and GeneratePress/Generate Blocks.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on pixel perfect design to web conversions.
- Demonstrable experience with WordPress development, especially in GeneratePress.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and their implementation.
- Proven ability to achieve high Google Pagespeed scores.
